Two-Vehicle Accident on State Route 96 West and Franklin Church Rd.

Franklin Twp. (Richland County, Ohio - Franklin Township Fire and EMS, and Mansfield Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to State Route 96 and Franklin Church Rd for a two-vehicle accident. Once upon on scene found a White Dodge Stratus in the middle of the intersection, and the Blue Chevrolet Silverado facing eastbound on the berm on State Route 96. According to an I-witness stating that the Blue Chevrolet was traveling northbound on Franklin Church Rd, and failed to stop for the stop sign, and was struck in the driver's side by the Dodge Stratus, which cause the pickup to go off the right hand side of State Route 96. Only Minor injuries repored.
