Motorcycle Versus Deer

Nankin- Nankin Fire Department and EMS, Ashland County Sheriffs Department, responded to the 1000 block of State Route 302. According to the Ashland County Sheriff's that a Blue Harley Davidson Motorcycle rider was traveling eastbound on State Route 302, and had struck a deer and skidded the motorcycle about 200 feet along with the deer as they slid off to the right-side of the roadway into the ditch. He was wearing a helmet, and taken to University Hospital Samaritan Medical Center by Nankin EMS only with minor injuries. The motorcycle was picked up by a private personal.
