Ashland- Kurt Schneider win's election by at least 450 votes. He said; " I'm glad this day is over now, but still have a long road a head of me." I have to work with everyone and try to understand what the officers like and want's., and there are room for improvements and teamwork, and understand each other. Sheriff' Risner is a great man, he worked for the sheriff's office for 24 years, and those are big shoes to fill, and I know I can not fill them. I want to thank all those who voted for me, and for those who walked a lot of miles on their feet to help out going out knocking on door to door as well. His winning campaign was held at American Legion in Ashland, his followers were their watching the votes come across the screen.

Chad Enderby lost to Kurt Schneider by only 446 votes, and was announced roughly around 9:30 pm.
