Heavy Black Smoke Could be Seen for Miles from Barn Fire.

Jeromesville - Ashland County Sheriff's Department, Jeromesville Fire Department, and EMS, responded to Township Road 1550 just south of Rowsburg, Ohio of a reported two vehicles near a building fully engulfed. Once on scene, the firefighters arrived and found both vehicles and a barn fully engulfed, and mutual was toned out for further manpower and tanker assist. Mutual Aid was provided by the Hayesville Fire Department, Ashland Fire Department, Polk Fire Department, New Pittsburg Fire Department, and Wooster Township Fire Department. The cause of the fire is undetermined and is being investigated by the Jeromesville Fire Department. It is still unknown if any animals or anyone was around at the time of the fire, check back for further details as they become available.
