Ashland - Ashland Fire Department and EMS, and Ashland Police Division, Ashland Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 250 East and Montgomery (Township) Road 2175, of a car versus pole. According to the Ashland Police division that the female driver was turning onto Montgomery (Township Road 2175 from U.S. 250 West Bound, and took it fast and had traveled off the right side of the roadway and striking a cable guide wires, and then they cause the Black Ford Fusion to partial airborne and spin sideways, and striking the pole on the driver's side facing westbound. The female driver was taken to Ohio Health Ashland for minor injuries, and was cited for Failure To Control.
The driver had to be extracted by mechanical means, Other agencies assisting on scene were Gear hearts Towing. Traffic on U.S. 250 was not effected by the crash, but the traffic on Montgomery (Township) Road 2175 was able to get by all emergency vehicles.
