Woodowville - Hayesville Fire Department and EMS, Ashland Ohio State Highway Patrol, and Ashland County Sheriff's Department responded to the 900 block of 2256 of a reported car versus ATV. In the preliminary investigation a juvenile was operating and failed to yield while pulling out of a private driveway, and struck the driver's side of the vehicle that was traveling westbound on Ashland County Road 2256. The juvenile was transported by Hayesville EMS to Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital with unknown injuries. This is still being investigated by Ashland Ohio State Highway Patrol.
